Responsibilities
Serve as Scrum Master and Project Manager for an agile delivery team
Own delivery of a highly visible modernization and migration initiative
Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning standups retrospectives and backlog refinement
Support capacity planning and provide recommendations on work breakdown and sizing
Coach the team on agile practices and sprint execution
Coordinate work across onshore and offshore team members
Track project progress risks dependencies and milestones
Prepare and present clear concise status updates and materials to executive stakeholders
Translate technical concepts into business friendly language
Partner closely with developers business analysts QA and technical owners
Support light budget tracking and reporting using existing templates
Adapt quickly to new tools systems and business context
Qualification
Required
5 to 8 years of experience in a combined Scrum Master and Project Manager role
Demonstrated experience working in an agile software development environment
Experience supporting technical projects such as system modernization or cloud related initiatives
Strong executive level communication skills both written and verbal
Proven ability to confidently lead discussions and answer questions from senior stakeholders
Experience working with offshore teams and distributed delivery models
Ability to learn complex technical and business concepts quickly
Proactive mindset with strong soft skills and collaboration style
Must live within driving distance of Wayne PA and be able to work onsite at least one day per week
Preferred
Experience with Jira Asana or similar project management tools preferred but not required
Scrum Master certification or PMP is a plus
