Responsibilities
Support attorneys handling commercial real estate financing transactions and related opinion letter work
Manage a high volume of active matters simultaneously, often with compressed timelines
Process and track comments and deliverables from lender’s counsel and law-firm clients
Prepare and maintain 'items needed' lists, draft final opinion packages, and ensure completeness prior to delivery
Assist with document coordination similar to closing binder preparation, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Handle administrative components of transactions, including daily outgoing shipments (FedEx)
Qualification
Required
2+ years of law firm experience in any practice area
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate
NO law school plans
Ability to work 100% onsite in Century City
