Clarity Recruiting is a creative agency seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. The role involves supporting client-facing projects, executing production design, and collaborating with Art Directors and Senior Designers to maintain visual consistency.

Responsibilities

Execute production design across print, digital, presentation, and spatial mediums
Translate creative briefs into strong visual concepts
Create photography treatments, illustrations, and motion graphics
Assist Art Directors and Senior Designers in maintaining visual consistency
Build presentation templates and decks
Manage and archive files in Dropbox
Occasionally act in a client-facing role (office or onsite)
Mentor Associate Designers and Interns
Travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 1 week)

Strong graphic design portfolio
Expertise in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience with print, digital, presentation, and spatial design

After Effects / light animation
Premiere Pro
Cinema 4D
Figma
MidJourney / Firefly / AI tools
Sketch / Google SketchUp / V-Ray
Bachelor's degree preferred (Design, Advertising, Fine Arts)
Exposure to AI tools is a plus
