Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities

Support the development and maintenance of compensation frameworks, policies, and pay structures aligned with business goals
Assist with the implementation of a global job architecture and leveling model using established evaluation methodologies
Analyze market data to assess competitiveness, including participation in salary surveys and benchmarking studies
Prepare data and insights to support annual budgeting, merit cycles, incentive planning, and compensation forecasting
Act as a compensation resource for HR partners and finance teams to promote consistency and equity
Maintain salary ranges, job grades, and related compensation records
Review and process compensation-related requests such as new roles, adjustments, and structural changes
Support the deployment and ongoing maintenance of a cloud-based HR information system
Assist with compensation-related reporting, governance, and documentation
Provide analytical and administrative support for international assignments, mobility programs, and cross-border compensation arrangements
Coordinate with legal, tax, and external service providers on relocation, expatriate pay, and special allowances
Contribute materials and analysis for leadership and board-level compensation reviews
Monitor compliance with applicable labor laws and pay regulations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline
At least three (3) years of professional experience in compensation analysis or administration
Strong understanding of compensation fundamentals, market pricing, and pay program design
Experience working with cloud-based HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar)
Demonstrated ability to manage projects, analyze complex data, and meet deadlines
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard business tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across functions
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Preferred

Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) are advantageous
