Responsibilities
Develop and execute Chatham’s IT strategy aligned with company goals
Oversee planning and management of the IT budget
Oversee the ongoing operation, maintenance, and upgrades of Chatham's IT infrastructure across multiple office locations, data centers, and the cloud
Manage daily operations of the team, consistent with organizational and team goals
Evaluate, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts
Lead and mentor a diverse and talented team of IT professionals
Ensure compliance with internal controls and applicable industry regulations
Oversee IT projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budgets
Oversee teams responsible for Tier 1 and 2 technical support, IT Infrastructure services, and Digital Workplace Services
Engage with business users to drive technology adoption and workplace productivity
Partner with business leaders and senior management to align IT initiatives with business goals
Develop, track, and report on the key performance indicators and service level objectives
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar or equivalent role
Extensive team management experience with ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business management or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience with cloud-based infrastructure design, migration, and operations (Amazon Web Services, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Data center, multi-site, and multi-geographical experience
Demonstrated understanding of infrastructure design and operational best practices, current and emerging industry security standards, risk management, disaster recovery planning, and program management
Demonstrated experience managing capital and operations IT budgets
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and negotiate with technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent critical/structured analysis, strategic planning, and project execution skills
Team player with a passion for building relationships and providing exceptional service
