Responsibilities

Drive design jams and ideation sessions to flush out project details and steer stakeholder alignment
Develop design collateral, including design concepts, storyboards, personas, journey and process maps
Integrate stakeholders in a collaborative design process to refine wireframes and design specifications
Leverage research partners to develop understanding of customer mental models, validate design concepts, and evaluate shipped designs. Participate in understanding customer experiences

Required

7+ years of design experience
Have an available online portfolio
Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax
Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards
Experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps

Preferred

Experience with UX design of complex workflows
Knowledge of best practices for information architecture and design
Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices
Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature
