Responsibilities

Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients, managing needs from initial brief through final delivery
Translate client goals into clear project briefs rooted in insight, brand strategy, and retail context
Anticipate client and internal needs, proactively surfacing solutions and keeping all stakeholders aligned
Participate in planning sessions and contribute thoughtful, insight-driven ideas to strengthen program outcomes
Manage creative projects end-to-end: define scope, lead timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure strong communication throughout
Work closely with Strategy, Creative, Design, and external partners to deliver integrated programs
Ensure briefs and deliverables meet the highest standards of clarity, accuracy, and creative quality
Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are tightly managed
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, including proofing work and validating accuracy across all outputs
Proactively identify risks or roadblocks and problem-solve with minimal oversight
Uphold operational excellence, ensuring all work is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations
Foster collaboration across teams, contributing to a positive, high-performance culture
Help refine processes and ways of working that elevate Barrows’ overall delivery

Required

7+ years of experience in a marketing agency, retailer, or digital commerce environment
Must have experience working with Alc Bev brands and/or retailers
Experience managing retail, shopper, or trade activation programs
Strong understanding of brand, retail, and shopper dynamics
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead multiple work streams simultaneously
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence leading client discussions
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems
Collaborative, solutions-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Passion for brands and the retail environments in which they operate
Ability to work in the office 3–4 days per week
