Global Talent & Recruiting Partner (Fractional)
LeadSnap is seeking a senior, fractional recruiting leader to help scale two fast-moving businesses. This role focuses on building and maintaining high-quality candidate pipelines for various roles across LATAM and Europe, with some U.S.-based hires, and involves both recruiting and light HR responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruiting for both companies
Source candidates across: Engineering / WordPress / Saas, Product & UX, Marketing (SEO, paid media, content), Operations & support roles
Build and maintain active candidate benches for recurring roles
Screen for: Technical competence, Communication skills, Cultural fit in remote, async teams
Run structured interviews and scorecards
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage offer process and handoff to onboarding
Recruit confidently across LATAM and Europe
Understand regional talent markets, compensation norms, and availability
Evaluate technical candidates without hand-holding
Spot red flags early (over-inflated resumes, shallow experience, job-hopping)
Assist with: Role definition & leveling, Compensation bands, Contractor vs employee decisions
Help standardize: Hiring processes, Interview frameworks, Onboarding handoff, Ensure consistency across both companies (without bureaucracy)
Qualification
Required
5+ years recruiting experience, including technical roles
Have hired extensively in LATAM and/or Europe
Are comfortable recruiting for agencies and/or SaaS
Can assess engineers, marketers, and operators with confidence
Thrive in fractional, high-trust environments
Prefer ownership over process theater
