Responsibilities
Lead and scale a high-performing team of process engineers responsible for process control, yield optimization, and process development across semiconductor manufacturing operations
Align engineering execution with business, quality, and environmental objectives while driving technical excellence and continuous improvement
Guide complex problem-solving efforts and partner cross-functionally with Operations, Equipment Engineering, Process Integration, Design, and Supply Chain
Serve as the primary technical representative for process engineering
Qualification
Required
Experience managing process engineering teams in a semiconductor wafer fab environment
Proficient in III-V semiconductors, with experience in Indium Phosphide (InP) process flows
Familiarity with metrology, yield optimization, and process control
Expertise in process engineering, unit processes, and data-driven problem solving
Effective written and verbal communication skills are absolutely required for this role
