Responsibilities
Provide Oversight for execution for steam generator replacement activities at Beaver Valley, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance
Oversee system modifications with EPCs, OEMs, and site engineering teams to secure readiness, compatibility, and constructability
Approve and govern engineering reviews, ensuring strict compliance with NRC requirements, NQA-1 standards, and fleet governance
Manage Vistra Engineers and independent third-party reviews to validate technical quality and execution feasibility
Serve as the primary engineering interface with regulators and key stakeholders to secure timely approvals
Assist in resolution of complex technical issues quickly to protect outage schedules and maintain project milestones
Ensure all designs support long-term operability, maintainability, and integration with ongoing plant operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree Engineering
10+ years in engineering or projects, with 5+ years in a leadership role or driving site design projects
Strong knowledge of NRC, INPO, and industry codes/standards (ASME, IEEE, ANSI, NERC)
Proven EPC / Owner's Engineer oversight and regulatory interface experience
Preferred
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on large projects
