Responsibilities
Accurately processes a $750,000 bi-weekly, multi-state payroll for 1,600 NAF employees
Front line technical assistance for Workforce Now and Time and Attendance
Investigates and resolves payroll issues
Maintains accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions and processes Garnishments, Tax Liens, etc
Has a full understanding of company policies and procedures as written in the personnel manual and apply such policies as it relates to Payroll and Time and Attendance
Exercises high degree of organizational skills and ability to meet set deadlines of completion of all tasks associated with position
Demonstrates excellent math and communication skills and maintain a high-level quality, accuracy, and confidentiality
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
At least two years of responsible and technical experience processing payroll for medium-to-large organizations of at least 600 employees in a multi-state environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, ADP, Kronos Timekeeping, or similar software application programs commonly used in payroll operations, financial and payroll related report preparation
This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. may be required
Preferred
Experience with ADP Workforce Now including payroll and reporting
Associates degree or higher in accounting or general business, or equivalent work experience
