Responsibilities
Own the project QC program across MEP + CSA from precon through closeout
Lead inspections, testing, and documentation; ensure compliance with specs, drawings, and submittals
Coach/guide Superintendents and subs; escalate and resolve quality issues quickly
Coordinate with PMs on schedule/quality alignment and risk mitigation
Champion continuous improvement and presentation of QC metrics to internal and client stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Data center construction experience (required)
USACE CQM certification (required) and familiarity with Army Corps of Engineers quality processes
Proven leadership managing multiple concurrent projects/teams from a Dallas office hub
Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable leading meetings and client interactions
Depth across both CSA and MEP quality controls (not just one discipline)
