Senior Customer Service Representative
Intellectt Inc is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to support high-volume inbound customer interactions. This role requires strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills to deliver accurate and timely customer solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Handle 35–40 inbound calls/day during peak periods
Manage shared inboxes (fax and customer inquiries)
~30 fax orders/day
~30 inquiries/day
Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy
Partner with internal teams across multiple business units
Accurately document interactions in ERP/CRM systems
Qualification
Required
Senior-level customer service or customer-facing experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-volume environment
High attention to detail and professionalism
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred
ERP experience (JDE preferred)
Salesforce or CRM experience
Order management experience
Call center, hospitality, or regulated industry (medical device) background
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
