Director of Strategic Initatives
InVita Healthcare Technologies is a leading software provider for complex medical, forensics, and community care environments. The Director of Strategic Initiatives will drive enterprise-level, cross-functional initiatives that enhance performance, scalability, and operational excellence, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team.

Responsibilities
Partner with the President & CEO to define, prioritize, and execute company-wide strategic initiatives, including transformation, growth, and operational improvement efforts
Translate corporate strategy into structured programs and projects with clear scope, milestones, dependencies, KPIs, and success metrics
Lead multi-department initiatives across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Operations, and IT
Apply disciplined project and program management methodologies to ensure predictable execution and accountability
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and risks across business processes; lead process redesign and optimization efforts
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks to improve quality, cycle time, scalability, and cost efficiency
Establish governance models, operating cadences, and reporting structures to support sustained execution excellence
Drive adoption of standardized processes while balancing flexibility in a growth environment
Serve as a central point of coordination for CEO-sponsored and executive-level initiatives
Prepare and facilitate executive and board-level materials, including strategic updates, operating reviews, and initiative status reporting
Influence without authority; align senior leaders and functional teams around shared priorities and outcomes
Operate with high discretion, judgment, and executive presence
Conduct market, competitive, and internal performance analysis to inform strategic decisions
Support business case development, financial modeling, and ROI analysis for new initiatives
Contribute to M&A, private equity, and post-integration initiatives, including operational integration, process alignment, and change management (as applicable)
Qualification
Required
8–12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, program management, consulting, or general management roles
Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional, enterprise initiatives with executive visibility
Strong project and program management experience, including complex, multi-workstream initiatives
Experience driving process improvement, operational excellence, or transformation initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial and data-driven decision making
Exceptional written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills
Preferred
Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) or formal Lean / continuous improvement training
MBA or advanced degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field
Experience working directly with C-suite executives, boards, private equity partners, or investors
Exposure to M&A activity, PE-backed environments, or post-merger integration
Background in healthcare technology, SaaS, or other regulated, complex operating environments
