Required
Successfully completed a bachelor or master's in engineering, or computer science
Work experience in the railway/transportation field
At least 2 years of professional experience

Knowledge in any of the following areas: Train Control & Signaling (Passenger & Freight): CBTC, ATS, ATO, PTC, I-ETMS, ACSES II, ETCS, ITCS, Conventional Interlocking, Grade Crossings, Cab-signaling, ATC
Knowledge in any of the following areas: Railway Telecom & IoT Devices: Passenger information system (PIS), Automatic Passenger Counting, Passenger Announcements Systems (PAS), Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Wifi, TETRA, GSM-R, 3G, 4G & 5G
Knowledge in any of the following areas: Infrastructure and Construction: Track Design and Alignment, Stations, ADA Compliance, Escalators & Elevators, Bridges, Platform Screen Doors (PSD), Soil, Steal, Concrete Inspections, Project & Construction Management (PM/CM)
Knowledge in any of the following areas: Rolling Stock: Train Control Management System (TCMS), Doors, Brakes, HVAC, Auxiliary Power, On-board Traction-Power
Knowledge in any of the following areas: Electrification: 3rd Rail Systems, DC Substations, AC/DC Overhead Catenary Systems (OCS) design and installation
Practices: Systems, requirements and/or control engineering
Practices: Civil and construction (ex. Civil/LV inspections, CM/PM, field, design)
Practices: Field Installation, testing and commissioning
Practices: Verification and Validation
Practices: Software, Hardware, and System Design of train control, electrification and communication systems
Practices: Predictive Maintenance Solutions

Practices: Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety (RAMS) – FRA Standards, IEEE, MIL STD, CENELEC
