Complete resident requested work orders in a timely manner
Work as a member of a team that takes pride it is property’s curb appeal and common area conditions
Efficiently prepare or make ready vacant units so that the new resident has a positive experience
Provide 5-star customer service
Effectively communicate
Help the team to achieve and maintain an occupancy of greater than 95%
Complete greater than 75% of all work orders within 48 hours
Prepare vacant units for occupancy in 7 days or less
