Responsibilities
Process a high volume of purchase invoices accurately and timely
Perform 3-way match (PO, invoice, receipt) within the ERP system
Reconcile AP aging reports weekly and monthly
Review invoices and purchase orders for accuracy and discrepancies
Communicate with internal departments and vendors regarding invoice issues
Support month-end and period-end closing activities
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Follow established accounting, safety, and compliance procedures
Qualification
Required
MUST BE BILINGUAL (ENGLISH & SPANISH)
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH MICROSOFT DYNAMICS
Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (required)
2–5 years of Accounts Payable experience
Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
ERP system experience beyond Dynamics (SAP, etc.)
Experience in a regulated or manufacturing environment
Exposure to ISO, GMP, or compliance-driven processes
