Lead and oversee Nebula Finance SA’s global marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate vision, market positioning, and growth objectives
Define and strengthen Nebula Finance SA’s brand identity as a trusted fintech and financial market technology partner
Develop consistent messaging across platform solutions, analytics capabilities, and advisory offerings for institutional audiences
Ensure marketing initiatives reinforce credibility, trust, and thought leadership in global financial markets
Design and execute integrated go-to-market strategies supporting platform solutions, technology services, and new market initiatives
Lead demand generation, client acquisition, and pipeline development in partnership with sales, product, and executive leadership
Develop institutional marketing frameworks targeting banks, asset managers, fintechs, exchanges, and financial sponsors
Optimize client journey, engagement touchpoints, and conversion strategies across channels
Position Nebula Finance SA as a leading voice in fintech innovation, capital markets intelligence, and digital financial infrastructure
Oversee the development of high-impact content, research, insights, and executive-level publications
Drive visibility through conferences, industry forums, media engagement, and strategic partnerships
Translate complex market insights into compelling narratives for institutional decision-makers
Support Nebula Finance SA’s expansion across the Americas and other priority markets through localized marketing strategies
Build scalable marketing frameworks that support cross-border client engagement and global growth
Collaborate with regional leadership to adapt positioning to market-specific regulatory and institutional contexts
Enable growth initiatives through strategic partnerships, ecosystem marketing, and co-branding opportunities
Implement marketing analytics, KPIs, and performance dashboards linking marketing activity to business outcomes
Leverage data, automation, and marketing technology to improve efficiency, targeting, and ROI
Continuously optimize campaigns, channels, and messaging based on performance insights
Align marketing investments with revenue growth, brand equity, and long-term strategic value
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global marketing team

Qualification
Required
20+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership within financial services, fintech, capital markets, or technology-enabled professional services
Proven success in building and scaling institutional marketing functions in global or high-growth environments
Strong understanding of financial markets, fintech platforms, and data-driven financial solutions
Demonstrated expertise in brand strategy, go-to-market execution, and demand generation
Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field required
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree preferred
