Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end flow execution, resolving daily issues, analyzing performance, and improving network efficiency
Build and deliver clear data insights using Tableau/Power BI, AI‑enabled reporting, and foundational SQL
Drive supplier and partner performance through scorecards, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
Provide guidance to field teams and internal partners to ensure consistent execution of operational strategies
Identify and implement process improvements that reduce waste, enhance service levels, and support cost‑reduction

Required

4-6+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or network flow management within a complex organization
Demonstrated experience supporting distribution center or field operations, including ownership, monitoring, and improvement of operational KPIs
Proven ability to partner with site leadership, field teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to diagnose KPI gaps and drive corrective actions
Strong data visualization and analytics experience using Tableau and/or Power BI
Working knowledge of foundational SQL for analysis and reporting
Experience applying data-driven problem solving, including performance analysis and operational issue resolution
Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and align stakeholders in a matrixed environment
Leadership experience driving process improvement, execution consistency, and operational accountability
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 6 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area
2 years' experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Analytics, or a related field
Experience using AI-enabled reporting, exploratory data analysis, or advanced analytics in an operational environment
Deep knowledge of transportation, inventory flow, supplier performance management, and network optimization
Experience leading and developing teams in a large-scale or enterprise organization
Experience supporting cost-reduction, waste elimination, or service-level improvement initiatives
Dispatch, Fleet Management, Network Analysis, Retail Logistics Operations
