Responsibilities
Provide squadron aircrew scheduling support for daily, weekly, and long-range flying operations
Develop, maintain, and update aircrew schedules in accordance with unit priorities and mission requirements
Utilize PEX or similar proprietary scheduling systems to manage flight schedules, training events, and crew availability
Coordinate with aircrew members, operations staff, and squadron leadership to resolve scheduling conflicts
Maintain accurate scheduling records and ensure alignment with aircrew qualifications and currency requirements
Support operational readiness by ensuring schedules are complete, accurate, and mission-focused
Qualification
Required
Active SECRET (S) Security Clearance OR previously held a SECRET clearance that has expired (not revoked)
Minimum two (2) years of experience working as a Squadron Aircrew Scheduler
Minimum two (2) years of experience working with PEX or a similar proprietary scheduling program
Experience supporting DoD flying unit operations
Must be a U.S. Citizen
