Responsibilities
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Digital Product Management
Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Digital Product Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors
Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Digital Product Management experience
Experience in financial services, specifically in risk rating and financial spreading
Strong understanding of business financials, with the ability to read, interpret, and explain financial statements and key performance indicators
Knowledge of commercial credit risk concepts, including risk ratings, exposure, collateral, and portfolio risk drivers
Hands‑on experience with workflow management tools and applications, with the ability to design, enhance, and optimize end‑to‑end process flows
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements and articulate product direction to stakeholders at all levels
Proven Product Owner experience, including defining product vision, managing backlogs, writing high‑quality user stories, and leading grooming and prioritization sessions
