Digital Marketing Manager
Search Solution Group is a high-growth startup seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to develop and lead their B2C digital marketing strategy. The role involves managing paid media efforts, optimizing landing pages, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with sales and leadership teams.
Responsibilities
Develop and lead the overall B2C digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth in a high-growth startup environment
Own and optimize paid media efforts across Google, Facebook, and Instagram, including hands-on campaign management, budget allocation, creative testing, and performance optimization
Build, test, and continuously optimize landing pages and conversion funnels, moving quickly from hypothesis to execution
Lead A/B testing initiatives across ads, landing pages, messaging, and funnels to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs
Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior data to generate insights and inform strategy, prioritization, and spend decisions
Partner closely with sales and leadership teams to align digital marketing efforts with in-home sales goals, lead quality, and pipeline performance
Manage and mentor one direct report while remaining deeply involved in day-to-day execution
Establish processes, tools, and best practices that can scale as the company grows
Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform changes, and emerging opportunities relevant to early-stage and growth businesses
Own and optimize email marketing campaigns, including list growth, segmentation, automation, and performance analysis to support lead nurturing and conversion
