Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, SMEs, and third-party vendors to resolve complex IT issues efficiently
Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for advanced hardware, software, network, and user access issues
Coordinate escalations and resolution strategies in alignment with organizational priorities
Maintain and enhance documentation of incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
Monitor, analyze, and respond to security threats, alerts, and vulnerabilities
Administer and optimize security tools, including endpoint protection, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems
Support compliance initiatives, facilitate security audits, and contribute to regulatory reporting
Manage user access controls, password policies, and multifactor authentication to enforce security best practices
Conduct employee security awareness training and help develop and enforce cybersecurity policies
Administer and optimize cloud services, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and integrated SaaS platforms
Manage cloud-based accounts, storage, backups, and application integrations, ensuring security and efficiency
Monitor cloud performance, cost, and compliance with security best practices
Support cloud migration initiatives, new service deployments, and modernization projects
Troubleshoot advanced connectivity, identity, and access issues across cloud platforms
Additional projects required or directed by the Director of Technology Services
Qualification
Required

Ability to stay strong under pressure, evaluating large amounts of data
Ability to think rationally and portray sound judgment
Preferred
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience as an IT Analyst or in a similar role
Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and security principles
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and cloud-based systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed, working well in a team environment
Experience in production and inventory management preferred
