Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to the IBM MQ platform
Identify, recommend, and implement enhancements to improve system performance, stability, and efficiency
Utilize monitoring tools effectively to proactively identify and address potential issues, ensuring high service availability
Conduct thorough troubleshooting and root cause analysis for MQ service disruptions and performance degradation, implementing timely and effective corrective actions
Analyze system logs to pinpoint underlying causes of issues and propose preventative measures
