Responsibilities

Own the Full Sales Cycle: Manage every stage of the customer journey, from initial discovery and product demonstration to negotiation and close, ensuring a high-quality experience throughout
Prospect and Qualify: Proactively identify and engage new opportunities through strategic outreach, research, and effective qualification of inbound leads
Customer Success Mindset: Serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers realize the full value of DroneDeploy’s solutions and setting them up for long-term success
Account Growth: Oversee a portfolio of SMB accounts, identifying and executing on opportunities for expansion and upsell
Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales Leadership to align strategies, share insights, and continuously improve sales effectiveness
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data within Salesforce, consistently working to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process optimization by sharing best practices and supporting a culture of learning and high performance
Operate with Initiative: Take ownership of your territory and results, managing competing priorities and adapting quickly to changing customer and business needs

Qualification

Required

1+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally in a high-velocity or SMB environment
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding quota in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales setting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach and Gong (or similar sales engagement tools); comfortable leveraging data and analytics to optimize your pipeline
Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
Self-starter with a positive attitude, adaptable mindset, and passion for technology
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred

Holding an active Drone Certification (Part 107) is encouraged
Located within 45 minutes of a major airport for business travel
