Responsibilities

Provide consulting services for Infor’s PLM for Discrete Manufacturing customers on implementation and upgrade projects
Participates in the full lifecycle of a customer implementation such as Prospect Presentations, Discovery, Estimate Development, Detailed Requirement Gathering, Solution Design, System Configuration, Testing, Documentation, and Training ensuring compliance with Infor methodology
Develops a deep understanding of the capabilities and limitations of Infor software to properly and creatively utilize features to meet customer needs
Develops knowledge of the application architecture, database schema, and development tools
Works directly with the customer’s project team to ascertain their business needs and translate those needs into Requirements and then Design Specifications

Required

Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, or IT discipline, or equivalent work experience
Strong customer facing skills
Ability to work/collaborate with a variety of PCG consultants on project teams and Project Managers

Product Development experience
Previous consulting/advisory role experience
