Responsibilities
Professionally represent the Credit Union both internally and externally
Responsible for primary sales efforts of all Treasury Management (TM) products and services and implementation of products and services sold
Grow revenue by successfully prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships
Responsible for facilitating the opening of commercial depository accounts and services
Comprehensive knowledge of all TM products and services
Create strategic dialogues around key client-centric issues, incorporating best practices, industry benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning
Thorough understanding of technology throughout the financial industry and on-going awareness of all regulatory issues related to TM products and services
Responsible for on-going TM customer relationship maintenance
Responsible for maintaining all TM agreements in accordance with product guidelines, regulatory guidance and all applicable US laws
Responsible for obtaining customer signed agreements for all TM products and services sold
Responsible for implementation and customer training for all TM products and services sold
Recommends enhancements to cash management procedures by continually analyzing the logic and feasibility of current practices
Performs other job-related duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3+ years of experience in cash management sales and service is required
Superior business development and interpersonal skills required to establish and maintain professional business relationships
High level of tact, customer orientation, and integrity, due to frequency of senior level and member interactions and regular exposure to confidential data
Advanced time management skills with ability to prioritize workflow in a climate often marked by changing deadlines and final project expectations
Provides personable service to members and non-members, both by phone, email, and in-person, as well as possess strong interpersonal skills with all levels of employees within Firstmark Credit Union
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and ability to learn new computer software systems quickly
Develop a strong working knowledge of NCUA and State compliance laws, rules and regulations, including Firstmark Credit Union policies and procedures
Able to demonstrate Board Room protocol when appropriate

Preferred
Certified Treasury Professional designation is preferred
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred
