Responsible for easing the way in resolution of patient accounts through financial clearance, payment collection, obtaining sponsorship, and financial assistance
Qualification
Required
H.S. Diploma or GED
2 years - Experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare business office
3 years - Experience or proven success as a Patient Financial Advocate Associate, preferably with Providence St. Joseph Health or it's Affiliates
2 years - Experience in automated, computerized account follow-up system, preferably in Epic
Preferred
Experience with medical and health plan terminology
