Research growing markets for development and industry trends
Analyze and research data in operating regions
Prepare Real Estate Operations Presentation
Cross-train across Real Estate and partner departments: e.g., facilities, marketing, assets
Analyze and interpret leases
Analyze trade areas and demographics
Qualification
Required
must be an actively enrolled student not graduating prior to the start of the Summer Internship Program in May; or
if graduating from a bachelor's degree program prior to the start of the internship, starting a graduate degree program in the upcoming summer or fall semester; or
if graduating from a master's degree program prior to the start of the internship, starting a graduate degree program in the upcoming summer or fall semester)
must be pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree in real estate, finance, marketing, business, computer programming or related field and be a current sophomore or above (rising junior or above as of the program start in Summer 2026) or a graduate student
ability to analyze financial data and create reports
detail orientation and organizational skills
basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
good communication skills; both verbal and written
knowledge of fundamental Real Estate
ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
ability to multi-task
ability to read, understand, and interpret data surveys
Preferred
knowledge of Office 365; SharePoint

knowledge of Property Management Principles
coursework in Finance, Real Estate, Marketing
involvement in College/University Real Estate Clubs
student member in industry groups such as International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC)
