Business Development Associate
ISN is a global leader in contractor and supplier management, seeking a Business Development Associate to join their team. This role involves servicing and supporting contractor/supplier clients, providing customer service excellence, and engaging in sales activities as part of a rotational program.

Responsibilities
Fielding incoming calls and inquiries
Inside sales
Helping customers navigate ISNetworld (our product)
Provides employees with the knowledge and skills needed for success within the company
You will be assigned a mentor to help guide you and provide support
Engage directly with Hiring Clients, including Fortune 500 companies
Generate business growth through account expansion and new client prospecting
Take on increasing responsibility in a team environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service orientation
Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail applications)
Desire to work with people and consistently engage in verbal interaction over the phone
Ability to de-escalate calls using critical thinking and soft skills
Genuine desire to progress into a sales development role
