Maintaining accurate general ledger records, including journal entries and reconciliations
Reconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards, POS sales, and vendor statements
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 3-5 years of previous experience in restaurant/hospitality bookkeeping and accounting
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Proficiency in Microsoft office programs
Prior knowledge of a POS system
Ability to think systematically and execute multiple projects with attention to detail
Ability to interpret and maintain accurate financial records
Ability to deliver timely reporting to support executive and operational decision-making
Experience in maintaining accurate general ledger records, including journal entries and reconciliations
Experience in reconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards, POS sales, and vendor statements
Experience in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
