Responsibilities
Manage monthly close and financial reporting for approximately 10–20 clients
Review and analyze financial statements and deliver insights through recurring client meetings
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-term relationships
Supervise and review work prepared by staff accountants
Prepare and review business and individual tax returns and quarterly estimates
Support tax planning initiatives and provide proactive advisory guidance
Recommend best practices related to financial operations, controls, and cash flow management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA license or EA designation, or actively pursuing certification
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on accounting experience required
Experience managing multiple clients and deadlines
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and explain financial data
Client-focused mindset with strong communication skills
Preferred
4-5 years of experience in public accounting or a CPA firm environment preferred
