Responsibilities
Develop and manage bespoke partnerships with XR developers and rights holders to drive content acquisition, product integrations, and innovative immersive experiences across XR Headset and Glasses form factors
Define, negotiate, and close complex distribution and application agreements with developers, technology partners, and rights holders to support platform growth
Build frameworks for incubating new immersive content experiences and define replicable formats by assessing ROI and iterating with partners to meet long-term platform goals
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define new business models, explore emerging business generation streams, and identify intersections between XR and AI opportunities
Act as a strategic advisor to internal teams to land innovative content experiences and scale partnership strategies globally
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or management consulting, in the consumer electronics, auto, OEMs, telecom, e-commerce/retail, apps, ads, gaming, or technology industries
Experience managing agreements or partnerships
Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management
Preferred
Master's degree or other advanced degree
Experience in immersive/spatial computing content
Experience and established, recognized executive relationships in XR content industry
Deep understanding of technology led businesses, including premium content monetization
Ability to think across all aspects of structuring and executing on a business agreement, with a strategic, data-driven mindset
Ability to unlock new opportunities and drive from concept to execution
