Responsibilities
Operate a Revit/CADD station in the production of project documents. Project requirements include drafting and modeling
Responsible for meeting established schedules required of project work
Work closely with other internal departments and mall teams to meet drawing needs
Maintain the drawing records for our entire portfolio of shopping centers
Create Dimension Control Plans (DCPs) as requested for all tenants / prospective tenants throughout the portfolio. (Mall teams verify the DCPs that CADD generates.)
Create wall plans, marketing plans, and future ('dream') plans
Maintain operational plans of existing tenants / common area configurations
Create and maintain site plans, land sale plans, and parcel plans
Maintain utility and operations-based plans including parking lot, roof, electrical distribution panel, etc
Create and maintain other informational plans for various departments at the Home Office (budget plans, year-end plans, Tenant Design Handbook plans and diagrams, etc.)
Assist in tenant conceptual layouts as needed in collaboration with Tenant Coordination
Qualification
Required
Strong working knowledge of Revit/CADD hardware, software, and equipment
Ability to read, reference, and interpret architectural and engineering documents
Familiarity with building codes and ADA requirements
Working knowledge of site planning, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and interior design disciplines
Exceptional organizational skills
Effective time management
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong work ethic
Team-focused mindset
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Solid background in Revit building modeling and CADD drafting
Associate Arts or Architectural Degree / Associate Architectural Technology or Drafting Degree (2-year) with coursework in Revit and CADD
1 year experience in Revit in Facilities Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
Preferred
Rendering experience is preferred, especially the use of Photoshop
