Responsibilities
Overseeing 3PL execution and driving process improvement opportunities through lean manufacturing concepts and principles
Serving as key liaison between 3PL and Raytheon factory
Supporting the 3PL cycle, from vision to steady state execution, including the process steps of Strategic Vision, Business Case Development, SOW creation, Request for Proposal (RFP) Purchase Order creation, physical transition, hyper care support, and steady state oversight
Leading highly complex 3PL transition projects with high dollar spend
Overseeing 3PL compliance to contract
Collaborating with 3PL to deep dive into KPI performance through data analytics and process reviews
In support of Atlanta and Louisville oversight activities, travel will be required
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum eight (8) years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum five (5) years' experience
Experience with either Logistics, Supply Chain, Inventory, or Operations
Supervisory or managerial experience
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Preferred
High level of competency in Microsoft Office Suite of Products
SAP Knowledge in Logistics transactions
Collaborative approach / Strategic mindset
Demonstrated leadership
Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent
