Senior Product Owner - CRM

Responsibilities
Develop Product Requirements Documents, process flows, and prototypes that define user needs, business goals, and functional/non-functional requirements for the environment
Translate concepts into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria, dependencies, and compliance considerations
Own, prioritize, and refine the backlog to maximize productivity, coordinating with cross functional teams and subject matter experts to gather feedback on risks and dependencies
Lead discovery using qualitative and quantitative research to validate user problems and identify opportunities within defined scope
Translate discovery insights into hypotheses and actionable backlog items with confirmed feasibility and outcome alignment
Communicate priorities, findings, and progress clearly to facilitate solutions
Collaborate with engineering and architecture to ensure requirements translate to viable technical solutions aligned to platform patterns
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, establish delivery milestones and success criteria, monitor progress, remove impediments, and ensure delivery aligns with OKRs, quality standards, and timelines
Strong communication skills, including presentation skills; ability to navigate technical discussion and translate complex concepts for varied audiences
Strategic thinker with ability to balance long‑term vision and short‑term execution. Ability to prioritize effectively and escalate conflicts when needed
Highly collaborative, outcome‑driven, and comfortable managing ambiguity
Ability to work with large teams and a variety of people, including users, product team members, management team members, and business owners/stakeholders
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience defining clear requirements and driving continuous discovery in an Agile environment
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment
Demonstrate a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation

Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform is strongly preferred
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (PO/PM) is preferred
Experience working within Agile delivery tools to manage backlogs, user stories, and workflow processes
Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira systems experience preferred
