Responsibilities
Design and code screen layouts, graphical user interfaces, printed outputs, and interfaces with other systems
Ability to interpret business rules and software requirements, and translate them into program logic
Develop and maintain plans outlining steps and timetables for developing programs
Provide technical assistance by responding to inquiries from others regarding errors, issues, or questions about applications
Perform unit tests for software applications
Prepare documentation of program development and subsequent revisions, inserting comments in the coded instructions so others can understand the program
Good listening and overall communication skills
Work well in a team environment
Qualification
Required
Five (5) or more years of experience in database applications development and client/server application development using Power Builder (Visual Basic 6 or Delphi experience will also be considered)
Ability to interpret business rules and software requirements, and translate them into program logic
Good listening and overall communication skills
Work well in a team environment
Preferred
Experience using Oracle PL/SQL to create SQL, Packages, Procedures, Functions, and Triggers
Knowledge in C#, .NET, MVC, Web Services, JavaScript, SQL Server, and WordPress
Full life cycle development experience
