3+ years expHarbor Associates is seeking a motivated, detail-driven Associate Commercial Finance Manager to partner with the Director in delivering insightful financial analysis and supporting strategic decision-making. This role involves working cross-functionally with Sales, Accounting, and Logistics to drive profitability and improve operational performance, focusing on sales volume forecasting, P&L analysis, pricing strategy, and trade-spend planning and reconciliation.

Responsibilities
Support the Sales team with volume forecast inputs
Analyze forecast data and identify trends and variances
Proactively challenge assumptions and refine forecast accuracy
Analyze sales division financial performance
Provide insights, recommendations, and action plans to support financial health
Partner with Sales to develop and maintain market pricing
Forecast expected trade-spend related to pricing strategies
Maintain and manage pricing-related data and systems
Forecast trade-spend requirements across the division
Reconcile monthly invoices against projected spend
Manage budgets and monitor spend performance
Evaluate spend effectiveness and deliver actionable insights
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree and 3+ years' related Finance/Accounting, or Revenue Management work experience in Beverage Alcohol
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access (advanced – nested IF and logic statements, Index, XMATCH), Power Query, Power BI, PowerPoint and Word
Able to identify opportunities for improvement and initiative to implement
Excellent organizational/project management skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
