Responsibilities
Design and implement AI agents to monitor, analyze, and optimize cloud resources based on cloud provider findings and recommendations
Develop and deploy predictive models for drift detection, cost anomaly detection, forecasting, and optimization of public cloud usage and spend
Automate operational workflows using machine learning, intelligent scripting, and cloud-native services
Integrate AI-driven insights with major cloud platforms and existing data sources, tools, and telemetry systems
Perform anomaly detection across security, cost optimization, and performance analytics to support proactive operations
Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines using cloud-native services, including AWS Glue
Enable interactive analytics and reporting using data lake querying technologies
Manage and optimize cloud data storage and processing solutions to support analytics and ML workloads
Orchestrate complex workflows and data pipelines using Apache Airflow DAGs
Evaluate and adopt emerging AI/ML technologies to drive continuous operational improvement
Maintain clear documentation, standards, and best practices for AI/ML solutions in cloud environments
Attend regular internal practice community meetings
Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice
Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)
Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
Proven experience building, deploying, and operating machine learning models, with 2+ years focused on cloud operations
Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI
Proficiency in Python and PySpark, with hands-on experience using ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn
Experience working with streaming data, APIs, and telemetry systems
Hands-on experience with AWS Glue ETL, AWS Athena, Snowflake, and Apache Airflow DAGs
Experience operating in Agile and DevOps environments, including project tracking tools, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines
Proficiency in general-purpose programming and scripting languages such as Python, Golang, and Bash
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across multi-functional teams
Preferred
Broad understanding of cloud technologies and services across one or more providers, including AWS, GCP, Azure, Oracle, or Alibaba
Demonstrated experience leading technical initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes
Full-stack development experience using Angular for frontend development and Flask for backend services
Strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable solutions and support
