The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for earthwork and utility projects, evaluating project plans and collaborating with team members to build comprehensive estimates.

Responsibilities
Preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for earthwork and utility projects
Conducting takeoffs and pricing for earthwork, grading, and underground utility tasks
Evaluating project plans and specifications
Visiting project sites to understand site conditions and limitations
Collaborating with team members to build comprehensive estimates
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering or similar field, or equivalent construction experience
5-10 years of experience as an estimator for earthwork, grading, or underground projects is required
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, and owners
Ready to learn estimating processes including bid invitations, takeoffs, estimating software, plan and specification review
Experience with Excel, Word, Bluebeam, Planswift, TBC, Agtek and Estimate(B2W)
