Sales & Growth Intern — Harbor (Remote / South Florida Preferred)
Harbor is a platform connecting marine professionals with yacht jobs, gigs, and opportunities. They are seeking a Sales & Growth Intern to gain hands-on experience in a high-growth startup while playing a direct role in expanding the user base and providing value to yacht owners, captains, and crew.

Responsibilities
Reach out to leads (captains, owners, crew managers) via email, social, phone, and in-app tools
Convert leads into active users and posted jobs/gigs
Assist in onboarding users and businesses onto the Harbor platform
Work with the core team on local partnerships, events, and community growth
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on user interactions
Qualification
Required
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable communicating and selling
Passion for startups, tech, and/or the marine industry
Strong written and verbal communication
Hustler mentality — comfortable reaching out cold, following up, and closing
Preferred
Candidates in Miami or Fort Lauderdale
