Responsibilities
Coach one or more development teams on Agile best practices and holding the team accountable for good Agile practices
Drive the team(s) towards continuous improvement
Facilitate the removal of impediments encountered by the team(s)
Collect, monitor, and act upon team metrics and progress to ensure the team is executing successfully
Lead daily team “stand ups” and regularly scheduled planning meetings
Facilitate both internal team and cross-team communication
Assist with process improvements at the team and program level (e.g. Retrospectives, Innovate & Adapt Events)
Coordinate with the program level Release Train Engineer and participate in the “Scrum of Scrums”
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience
BS degree
Preferred
Domain knowledge of space ground software systems (e.g. mission planning and scheduling or command and telemetry systems)
Experience using software development tools and methodologies (Jira, Git, Jenkins, Confluence, Collaborator, automated testing)
Experience on large scale software development programs
Experience with cost estimation based on high level requirements and specifications
