Qualification
Required
A valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real property regulations and practices
Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills
Competence in real estate transactions and property management
Proven ability in sales and negotiation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in leveraging technology for real estate tasks and marketing
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting
Preferred
Prior experience in residential or commercial real estate is a plus
