Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and maintaining Compliance reports and dashboards
Help document procedures for compliance reporting
Contribute to reporting campaigns by helping collecting and analyzing data, and assist in preparing summaries and dashboards
Provide support on compliance transformation projects related to transversal/oversight topics (e.g., risk assessment, training, controls, reporting)
Supporting and assisting in Compliance Communications and committees
Qualification
Required
Good level of English (written and verbal)
Basic knowledge in compliance, risk management, and data analysis
Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of PowerBi is a plus
Strong collaboration skills and proactive attitude
Ability to work accurately and handle sensitive information
Preferred
Preferred educational level: Master's Degree in a relevant field
High ethical standards and professionalism
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Curiosity and motivation to support compliance objectives
Rigorous professional with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
