Evaluate product names and branding for trademark eligibility
Conduct clearance searches and confirm appropriate wordmarks
Determine and assign correct trademark classes for each product
Prepare and submit trademark applications
Provide legal support throughout the registration process, including responses to office actions if needed
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate filings
Qualification
Required
Barred in any US Jurisdiction
Proven experience in trademark registration
Must be able to guide the client through the end-to-end trademark process
Preferred
Familiarity with tech or software products is a plus
Ideal candidate – attorney level but is open to paralegal with the right knowledge
