Responsibilities
Conduct 10-minute meetings prior to each shift in order to distribute work assignments
Inspect all areas to ensure facility is clean prior to events
Ensure employees have the right equipment and supplies to perform the job efficiently
Make sure employees are in uniform
Responsible for maintaining expected sanitation and cleanliness levels during the event
Maintain employee paperwork including attendance and evaluations
Receive and delegate all radio calls made to building services department
Coordinate with the day manager before the event and the night manager post event to review any issues
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary

2-5 Years of relevant work experience
