Marketing Manager
EverTrue is looking for a driven, creative, and highly organized Marketing Manager to join their Marketing & Communications team. This role focuses on shaping and executing strategic marketing initiatives across various channels while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to team members, stakeholders, and executive sponsors
Lead meetings, manage timelines, and share insights and performance reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute marketing projects and campaigns
Create compelling copy and concepts for digital and print materials in partnership with design
Ensure on-time delivery of marketing plans and assets
Communicate progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives
Strategize and execute lead-generation and referral events
Secure and manage media placements and vendor partnerships
Coordinate with third-party vendors for photography, video, and production
Assist with marketing budget creation and ongoing optimization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Marketing
5+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales (preferred)
A creative, innovative mindset grounded in marketing best practices
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge of digital and print marketing, including SEO, PPC, SEM, CRM, and MAP platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
