Responsibilities
Support randomized clinical trials and observational studies
Coordinate participant recruitment, onboarding, and study workflows
Assist with survey administration, data quality checks, and summaries
Support IRB, safety, and study documentation
Conduct literature reviews related to sleep, insomnia, and circadian health
Contribute to cross-functional research and strategy projects
Qualification
Required
Interest in sleep research, behavioral health, or digital health
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
U.S. work authorization
Preferred
Experience with clinical research or RCTs
Background in psychology, neuroscience, public health, or related fields
Familiarity with REDCap, Qualtrics, or similar tools
Entrepreneurial or startup interest
