Responsibilities

Handle all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
Serve as lead or first-chair trial counsel when required
Communicate regularly with clients regarding case strategy, status, and outcomes
Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel on claims, demands, and settlement offers
Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court proceedings
Collaborate with team members while managing cases independently

Qualification

Juris Doctor (J.D.)Litigation experienceFirst chair jury trialsGeorgia Bar membershipBilingual (English/Spanish)Solution-oriented mindsetNegotiation skillsVerbal communicationWritten communicationTeam-oriented

Required

Full-time, in-office position
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
6+ years of litigation experience
Active member of the Georgia Bar, in good standing
Strong ability to evaluate claims and assess case value
Excellent negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently while remaining team-oriented

Preferred

5 or more jury trials as first chair
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
