Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
Perform bank reconciliations to verify accuracy of financial transactions
Utilize QuickBooks to record and organize financial data
Assist with preparing financial reports and summaries as needed
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability
Identify and resolve discrepancies in account records
Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and procedures
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related role
Proficiency with QuickBooks software for financial management
Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Experience performing bank reconciliations with attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a contract role
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
